2024 Outdoor Drop-In Yoga Offerings:
Experience a led yoga practice, from an experienced yogi.
All levels are welcome, from very beginner to advanced. Join Patti at the Downtown Green Bay Farmer's Market for Saturday mornings at 8am. These sessions will include breathwork (pranayama), poses (asana), intention setting, and more.
